Yesterday was a big day for 🇸🇬 Singapore with a new Prime Minister sworn in. Little did he know that a very important legal discussion on Sustainability was also happening at Singapore Management University, competing for the public's attention 🤣. Thanks to Preston Wong for inviting me to speak at SMU Law School on this very important topic that had me drawing on my experiences at JLL, RedMart, and Lazada. One Bangkok is the largest holistically integrated district in the heart of #Bangkok #Thailand, with a total land area of 172,800 sq meters. It comprises five grade A office towers, four distinct yet connected retail precincts, five luxury and lifestyle hotels, three luxury residential towers, green open space, and a multi-sensory Art Loop. 🏅 JLL was recently awarded this project as SE Asia's largest property management contract 🎉 . Our SE Asia Team gathered to conduct in-depth sharing sessions with the business and legal team members who supported the deal and aligned on this year’s business objectives. We also had a special tour of the recently soft-opened complex. Special thanks to Somprathana Chuerpratoom and Geraldine Meneses-Terrible for organizing and hosting the sessions with the SE Asia CEOs (Michael Glancy, Paul Fisher, Farazia Basarah, Chris Archibold FRICS, Christophe Vicic, Joey Radovan) and Property and Asset Management Leads (Albert Ovidi, Dexter Norville, Chakrapan Pawangkarat, Philip Mareschal, Naomi Patadungan).
