SIMC Announces Appointment of Two New Board Members, Mr. Toby Landau KC and Mr. Sun Wei

SIMC is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Board members, Mr. Toby Landau KC and Mr. Sun Wei with effect from 1 February 2023.
| Mr. Landau is a barrister, advocate and arbitrator, and a member of the Bars of England & Wales, Singapore, New York, British Virgin Islands and Northern Ireland. He has argued hundreds of major international commercial, investor-State and inter-state arbitrations, as well as ground-breaking cases in the highest courts of England, Singapore, Hong Kong, Pakistan and the Caribbean. Mr. Sun is a partner at Zhong Lun Law Firm and is qualified to practice law in the Chinese mainland and the New York State. He possesses extensive experiences in international arbitration, litigation and civil enforcement on construction, energy, finance and corporate equity disputes, covering jurisdictions such as the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, Germany, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Qatar, Argentina and Ghana.
